  1. Use of Site and Services
    You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or book coaching services. By using this Site, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully.

  2. Coaching Services
    Coaching is a partnership focused on personal or professional growth. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. If you need mental health or medical support, please consult a qualified professional.

  3. Booking and Payment
    All sessions must be booked in advance through the Site’s booking system. Payment is required prior to your first session, unless otherwise agreed upon. Prices and offerings are subject to change at any time.

  4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full, except in cases of emergency.

  • Missed sessions without notice are considered used and non-refundable.

  • If I need to reschedule, I will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time.

  • Refunds for prepaid packages are available for unused sessions if you choose to discontinue coaching, unless otherwise specified in your agreement.

    All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone else without your consent, except as required by law.

  2. Intellectual Property
    All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and resources, is the property of Stepheni Mendez and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

    Coaching is a collaborative process, and results are not guaranteed. By using this Site and Services, you agree that Stepheni Mendez is not liable for any outcomes, losses, or damages related to your participation.
